Shipping Carrier:


We currently ship USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) and Priority mail, plus UPS Ground. No express shipping method is currently available and we do not ship internationally. 


Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.


Processing Time:


Order processing time is typically 2–3 business days, except during Holidays, which can take 4 business days. 


Please note that the number of days noted on the USPS shipping method at checkout indicates the carrier's estimated transit time in business days. The carriers’ estimated transit time is in addition to the processing time by Vanishing Seattle.


Due to the increasingly high volume handled by carriers, shipping carriers are experiencing delivery delays. Both USPS and UPS have added 1–2 business days of delivery time to their normal ETA.




No return or refund requests will be accepted except for Vanishing Seattle’s order/shipment error, or damages. In these cases, we'll refund your purchase.  We may request proof of damages. Requests must be in writing within 7 days of delivery. 


Please note that because we are a small business, we cannot accept responsibility for any missing or stolen package after it is delivered, and if it is not due to the carrier’s delivery error. We encourage you to secure your packages as soon as possible upon delivery.


Address Errors:


Please double-check your delivery address entry. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause delays and/or undeliverable of your package. Re-shipping and replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.


Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.


If the package was returned to us, please email us at right away! We can assist with package returns for up to 7 days.


Once we confirm your order was returned to us, one of the following options is available:


1. Reship your order. Please note that this will incur additional shipping costs to cover both the return delivery to us (if charged by the carrier) and the cost of reshipment to you.


2. Refund in the form of original payment, minus the amount originally paid for shipping and the return delivery cost to us (if charged by the carrier).
